You pay nothing for our help with the purchase
Most people assume that having an agent on your side costs extra when you buy. Here it works the other way around. The commission is paid by the seller, whichever property you choose and whether it is ours or another agency's. Viewings, negotiation and the paperwork around the purchase are included without you paying us anything.
What you do pay are taxes and fees to the state, the notary and the registry, around ten to twelve per cent on top of the price.

ViviendaSol is operated by JMA Prime Estate, a Nordic full-service agency in Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol. We help buyers from Sweden, Finland and the rest of Europe through the entire process: search, viewings, negotiation, legal work and the time after completion. The legal work is handled by our own lawyers in the office, not an outside firm. The same team is with you from the first viewing to the title deed.
