This service is provided by JMA Prime Estate SL, which is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data under this policy. Data protection contact: info@viviendasol.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect data you provide yourself when you: register an account (first name, last name, email address); save favourites or create alerts (linked to your account); contact us or send an enquiry about a property (name, email, optional phone number, your message); consent to receive news and tips (email address). To contact you about properties you have shown interest in — legitimate interest and/or consent. To send alert notifications about new properties in areas you have chosen — consent. To send news and tips — your explicit consent (can be withdrawn at any time).

4. Who we share data with

Your data is processed by JMA Prime Estate SL. To help you with your property enquiry, we may share your data with partners, such as estate agents and other actors in property brokerage, so they can contact you about properties that match your interest. We never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as you have an active account or as long as needed for the purpose. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and to withdraw consent. Contact info@viviendasol.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Spain: AEPD).
