To provide the service (account, favourites, alerts) — legal basis: performance of the service you requested. To contact you about properties you have shown interest in — legitimate interest and/or consent. To send alert notifications about new properties in areas you have chosen — consent. Your data is processed by JMA Prime Estate SL. To help you with your property enquiry, we may share your data with partners, such as estate agents and other actors in property brokerage, so they can contact you about properties that match your interest. We never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing.
