1. About the service
ViviendaSol (provided by JMA Prime Estate SL) is a search service that displays properties for sale on the Costa del Sol for Nordic and international buyers. The service helps you search, save favourites, watch areas and get in touch about properties. ViviendaSol is not a buying or selling platform and does not carry out transactions itself.
2. Property data and information sources
Property listings on the service are sourced from external property networks and other sources. We strive for accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee that details about price, area, location, images or availability are always complete or error-free. The information is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. Always verify material information directly with us before making a decision.
3. Account
To save favourites and create alerts you create an account with your email address. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is correct and for the activity on your account. Sign-in is via a link sent to your email.
4. Alerts and emails
If you create an area alert you will receive email notifications about new properties at the frequency you chose. You can change or end your alerts at any time. Marketing emails are only sent if you have given explicit consent, and can be withdrawn at any time.
5. User responsibilities
You undertake to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it (e.g. automated scraping of listings, attempts to disrupt the service or circumvent security).
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. JMA Prime Estate SL is not liable for decisions you make based on information in the service, for errors in third-party data, or for temporary interruptions in availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
7. Intellectual property
The design, brand and content of the service belong to JMA Prime Estate SL or its licensors. The content of property listings belongs to the respective rights holders.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always available on this page. Material changes will be communicated where necessary.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
