The safeguards
In Spain no authorisation is required to work as an estate agent, and the agent does not carry the same liability as at home. That is why we have our own lawyers in the building rather than a partner we refer you to.

We come out, look at the property and go through the market. You get an analysis and a price proposal. Free of charge.
The lawyers go through the documents, we photograph and write the copy in three languages. Nothing is published until you approve.
The property goes out on four surfaces at once, with featured placement on the portal from day one.
We negotiate, the lawyers review the contracts and we come along to the notary. You don't have to be in the country.
