What we do
Five areas, one team
You don't have to coordinate agent, lawyer, manager and accountant separately. We hold the whole together, and every part sits in the same building in Fuengirola.
The legal side
The lawyers sit in the same building
Most agents refer you on to a lawyer they work with. Here the legal side is part of the company. Pedro Fernández and María González work with purchase contracts, tax and ownership structures every day, and they sit ten metres from the agent showing you the property.
It means a tax question doesn't have to wait until next week, and nobody sends you between two companies that don't talk to each other.

We build our own systems
Viviendasol and our internal system are built by us, not bought as a template. It sounds like a detail, but it decides how quickly a new listing appears, how a watch reaches you, and how much actually falls through the cracks.

Nordic principles, local expertise
We work by Nordic business principles — transparency, clarity and long-term relationships — combined with deep local market and legal expertise on the Costa del Sol. The group is led by Jens Norström and Pedro Fernández, with a multilingual team that meets you in your language.
The office is in Fuengirola and we work along the whole coast, from Sotogrande in the west to Nerja in the east. You are buying in a country with different rules than at home. Our job is to make the differences understandable before they get expensive.
