The firm
Agent, lawyer, property manager and accountant under one roof
We are a Nordic estate agency in Fuengirola. We sell, let, manage and handle the legal work ourselves, from the same office on Avenida Matías Sáenz de Tejada.
It means no transaction stalls waiting for an outside firm, and the client is not abandoned once the keys change hands. We also build our own systems rather than renting them.
The bar
What we require
We read every application. We reply to the ones that clear the bar.
- You have sold beforeAt least a year of selling homes. That it was on this coast is an advantage, not a requirement.
- You speak the client's languageSwedish or Finnish, plus English. The Spanish and the authorities are our job.
- You can name itYou can say what you sold in the past year. Places and numbers, not qualities.
The same principle applies to legal work, property management and the practical work around the homes. We do not post adverts for those either. Write if you bring something we do not have.
The work
What is different here
Leads from our own portal
We buy no lead lists. The traffic comes to our own search service, and the enquiry goes to one agent — not out to everyone who happens to have the same listing.
The lawyer is in the room
You never have to explain to a client why the deal is stuck at a firm you cannot reach. The question is asked across the desk.
The client stays
Letting and management are in-house. The relationship does not leak away after completion, which means repeat business and referrals that are yours.
Our line
We have built a different kind of firm
Most firms on the coast sell a brand. We have built an operation: our own search service aimed at the Nordic buyer, our own legal team, our own management. All under one roof in Fuengirola.
It is a deliberate line, and it shows in what a working day actually consists of. Here the hours go to qualified conversations. If you are counting commission, that is where the difference lies.
